Our activities
Fitness
Health and fitness centre with access to exercise machines and exercise group classes. These include classes such as yoga, zumba and bootcamp fitness.
Arts & Crafts
Arts and crafts including: woodwork, artistry skills, model shipbuilding, ceramic works, candle creation, flower arranging, book club, presentation skills, knitting and sewing, jewellery creation and many more.
Computer classes
Access our onsite computer classes and learns kills that will allow you to build your confidence. Individuals with these skills will be integral to the running of the hub. You will learn how to use Word, Excel, Publisher, Microsoft Access and many more.
Year Round Garden Centre
Individuals can attend our indoor garden centre, meaning that this activity can be done all year round. You can maintain the garden, learn how to grow your own vegetables or create Floral displays. This a group project for all to enjoy.
Create a business
Why not take your entrepreneurial spirit and see If you can start and maintain a fully functioning business. This is a long term project that will see groups of individuals start up a business from scratch. You can be as adventurous as you want, all you need is the drive and determination. We will oversee and help with this dream. All profits going to the individuals themselves.
Cooking classes
Cooking classes with the Arcare Hub are a fun way to improve your culinary skills. Our cooking school has a wide range of cooking workshops to suit every skill level. Learn culinary techniques from around the world, alongside safe cooking practices.
Medical Health Resource
This convenient service would give free advice and guidance in relation to any medical health requirements. Health advice will be delivered through group health seminars and individual one on one sessions with a registered General Practitioner.
Travel Training
Community days out include learning how to travel safely. New experiences will be sourced allowing you to try something new. You can learn how to read maps and use these skills on our next trekking adventure.
